Do you work with fixed prices or on a time-and-material basis?
In most cases, we work with a fixed price. After an on-site inspection and measurement, you receive a transparent and binding offer without hidden costs. This gives you full control over your budget from the start.
What does interior fit-out or renovation cost?
Costs depend on the quality and scope of work: • Simple interior fit-out / drywall: approx. 45–90 €/m² • Complete renovation (flooring, painting, doors): approx. 150–350 €/m² • High-end complete renovation: approx. 400–800 €/m². You receive an exact offer after a free on-site inspection and measurement.
What does “general contractor” mean for you?
It means you have one fixed point of contact for the entire project. We handle planning, coordination of all trades, schedule management and complete execution through to turnkey handover. You do not need to coordinate with several companies — we manage the whole process.
Do you offer custom furniture and kitchens?
Yes, we deliver bespoke furniture and kitchen solutions. From planning and production through to installation, everything is tailored to your room, style and budget. This is especially popular with private clients and commercial projects.
Which regions do you work in?
Our focus is Munich and the surrounding area, including Haar, Aschheim, Grasbrunn, Ottobrunn, Unterhaching, Vaterstetten, Feldkirchen and Poing. We also deliver projects throughout Bavaria and across Germany. For larger or more complex construction projects, implementation anywhere in Germany is possible — conditions are agreed individually. On-site inspections in Munich and the surrounding area are free of charge.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes. We provide at least a 2-year statutory warranty on all construction services. For drywall and surface work, an extended warranty of up to 5 years is often possible.
